This Brewer German Smoker is ready to serve up good times! His handcarved tray reads Hopfen und Malz, Gott erhalts which translates to 'Hops and Malts, may God preserve it." This traditional German toast reflects the practice of German brewing as governed by the Reinheitsgebot (Bavarian purity law) which states that beer should be made of three ingredients: water, barley and hops. This law was codified in the 16th century, long before scientific studies identified yeast as a requirement for beer fermentation.
USE: the smoker is split into 2 pieces. Remove the top half and place the incense cone on the metal plate. Light the incense and place the top piece back on. Smoke will begin rolling out of the open holes.
