Don't forget to open the door!
Me and my husband came down for OKTOBERFEST2023. We always go to Lindenhaus to get our hat pins and this year I finally walked out with the cuckoo I've been wanting. Customer service is unmatched! Ashley went over every detail on setting up the clock. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. The only issue I had was the bird wasn't coming out. I called the store and the first thing they asked me was if I turned the latch so the door would open. Problem solved! Ashley was sweet and reassured me that this happens all the time so I wouldn't feel so silly. These clocks are the real deal and so is lindenhaus imports!! Highly recommend and will be back for next year OKTOBERFEST
