Shipping Info

We ship out daily using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We will generally choose who is best at handling the type of purchase you are making and then look for the best option by cost. If you desire a particular shipping company, please let us know. We strive to get your package out as soon as possible, almost always by next day excluding Sundays. We believe in doing what we can to save a little bit of money, reduce landfill waste, and help our environment by repurposing packing materials when they are clean, strong, and reusable. Don't worry, you won't see your cuckoo clock arriving in a Cherrios box like on eBay or anything crazy like that. When we import from European countries, the packing boxes are generally extremely strong and they tend to use the best packing paper which makes it a shame to just throw it away. We will use this when available but if you prefer for us not to just let us know in the Notes section of your order.
If you need us to:
 
  • Hold your package for a while before we ship (maybe traveling)
  • Send with no identifying labels as to who we are as the sender (surprise gifts and such)
  • Include a special note (gift for someone special)
  • Want a particular shipping company to deliver
  • Want us to use recycled/repurposed packing material (environment)
  • Want us to use new, never-used packing material 
These can all be easily handled. Simply put a remark in the note field of your order as to how we can make your experience better. You will be sent an email with your tracking information which is generally automated through the shipper we use. Make sure to check your SPAM folders if you do not receive one or simply ask us and we'll get it to you.

We take your personal information very seriously. Our Privacy Policy is quite simple. Any data that we collect is used only FOR us and BY us. We do NOT sell your information to anyone.
 
 
 
 

Cancellations & Returns

We strive offer great old-fashioned customer service and hope to make you our happiest customer! Sometimes things come up where you need to return or exchange something. We are pretty flexible, but because we don't have an unlimited bankroll, we do need to have a few guidelines.  

We will happily accept a return or exchange within 30 days if the product is in the same condition as sent and all packaging is included and intact.  Shipping costs are an actual cost that we cannot recoup so these will be deducted from your refund amount as well as any damage costs associated with your product. If it is mistake we made, of course we will pay for the shipping costs associate with your return. A few items may incur a 15% restocking fee based on the condition of the item of when it returns to us. This doesn't happen often, but we have had people return items to us that have had parts removed, painted, glued, had odors, etc.

Some items such as custom-made items may not be returned on a case-by-case basis (i.e. if we custom ordered a stein from Germany that says 'Happy 50th Birthday Bob!') A few items may incur a 15% restocking fee based on the condition of the item of when it returns to us. We generally only receive about 5 returns a year so it is not common, but we put little clauses like that in here to protect ourselves if ever needed. 

Should you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately as we strive to ship ASAP. This will help both of us not incur any further charges.
