Big Chiming Clock
My husband and I both grew up with clocks in our houses playing Westminster Chimes. We had a wind up clock that finally stopped. We wanted another wind up but when we heard this in their store we had to have it. We didn't buy it in the store because we needed to make sure it would fit out mantle. It's a big clock! Anyway we measured and it would fit so we ordered it. I am amazed that the sound is so pure and incredible! The Austrian crystals look so pretty going back and forth too. We had a difficult time setting the time to match the gongs but when we called they told us it's a simple setting. (They were nice enough to not say it was in the directions that we didn't read.) It works and chimes perfectly now. We can also read it from across the room as many other fine clocks we looked at we couldn't see the numerals.. They might have been fancy but we are at the age to just want nice stuff to work. We are very happy with this purchase.
