cuckoo arrived with piece loose
Ordered on 03/10/2025 and received it on 03/12/2025. It had ample packing and I could tell it was new. I am happy with the shipping service. However I was upset that when I pulled it from the box, the little bench was only hanging on by the back two feet and barely. The glue on the front feet had come loose. I called the store and a lady said she was sorry and said this happens sometimes in shipping with glued pieces. She was very nice but I was taken aback a bit when she asked if I had any glue and if I would mind putting a drop under the front feet. I feel this should have been done better at the factory. I wanted to return it but realized it would be a hassle for both of us and decided to glue it back on. Took about 5 seconds and is now good as new. Other than that I like the clock and the sounds.
