This stein is a tribute to the Oktoberfest. On the upper border, it reads "O' zapft is & Oans, zwoa, g'suffa!" which means: "It's tapped & One, two...drink!" At the bottom, it displays "Ein Prosit der Gemütlichkeit" (A toast to well-being) and "Gruss vom Oktoberfest" (Greetings from Oktoberfest).
The relief on the beer mug depicts a brewer tapping a keg, while a musician plays songs on his accordion, and a waitress in her dirndl carries several beer mugs to the tables.
