At the center of the decoration, opposite the handle, is a pewter badge featuring the Navy seal and encircled with the words “Around The World, Around The Clock – Any Time – Any Where – Any Weather.”

The pewter lid is adorned with rows of raised stars, topped with a detailed Navy emblem of a steering wheel and anchor, while the thumb lift proudly displays a pewter U.S. eagle crest.
