This stein was designed to honor the history and evolution of the U.S. Paratrooper.

Made from smooth, black-glazed, high-quality stoneware, it features a platinum wrap-around design with “THE HISTORY OF THE U.S. PARATROOPER” along the top. On the left, images of paratroopers in action and airplanes accompany the first half of a timeline, starting with balloon artillery observers in the Civil War of 1864.

The right side continues the imagery with more paratroopers, an airplane, and a helicopter, concluding the timeline with Hurricane Katrina relief efforts in 2005. At the center is a pewter medallion displaying a Master Combat Parachutist emblem with a service star, surrounded by banners reading RANGER, AIRBORNE, and SPECIAL FORCE, along with the inscription, “U.S. Paratrooper Silver Wings Upon My Chest Airborne All The Way Airborne - Hooah.”

Paratrooper unit emblems frame the medallion, with the words, “I am an Airborne Trooper of the sky! A Paratrooper!” along the bottom. The pewter lid is decorated with raised stars, topped by a detailed parachute figurine, and the thumblift is shaped like a fully equipped parachutist.
